I grew up in a family with a strong connection to both arts and technology, where creative thinking was a normal part of everyday life. I spent as much time drawing as I did building robots. Over the years, I’ve explored various fields at the intersection of creativity and technology and found my place in digital and physical product design, with a focus on Human-AI interaction.
I always want to understand the fundamentals before designing something. Before I designed products from metal, I had to learn how to weld. Before I designed interfaces, I wanted to understand code. It might not always be the quickest way, but it works for me. I also work very iteratively and hands-on, building models or prototypes from a first idea without over-planning, leaving room for new ideas to emerge on the go. It's a very non-linear process, and often the end result follows naturally.
